The Renaissance of Real Estate Investment in the Lands of Canal Istanbul

  • The announcement by the Turkish construction company Toki regarding its first residential project in the Arnavutköy area, located within the village of Baklalı. The project consists of 716 residential units, with a total project value of 763 million Turkish Lira, and it is part of a series of projects through which Toki aims to build 600,000 residential units along the shores of Canal Istanbul.
  • The announcement by the government-owned real estate development company, Emlak Konut, one of the most important and established real estate development companies in Turkey, about starting its first housing project in the Hacımaşlı area, a part of the new city “Yenişehir”.

  • The announcement by the Chinese e-commerce company Alibaba regarding its investment of over one billion dollars to build a logistics center at the new Istanbul Airport, located in the Arnavutköy area. This move is expected to have a positive impact on the future of investments in the lands surrounding the new Canal Istanbul.
